Returns & Exchanges
MODE 2.0 accepts returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered, MODE 2.0 will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so the issue can be addressed.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable.
